摘要
在腐蚀管流动模拟装置中,模拟生物柴油炼制的酯化、蒸馏反应釜工艺条件,采用失重法、交流阻抗法和极化曲线法研究了暴氧和除氧条件下,碱性催化酯化反应炼制生物柴油工艺中,餐饮煎炸油水混合物对20R钢腐蚀的影响。结果表明,20R钢在生物柴油原料介质中的腐蚀受阴极氧的去极化、流动过程和溶解氧共同控制,溶解氧极大地加速了腐蚀速率,在暴氧条件下,腐蚀速率约为除氧条件下的8倍。
The corrosion characteristics of 20R carbon steel in frying oil and waste water mixture umder the conditions of dissolved and deoxidized oxygen were studied by means of mass loss method, EIS and polarization curve method. The results indicated that the corrosion of 20R carbon steel in flowing frying oil and waste water mixture was controlled by the xathodic oxygen depolarization, flowing type and dissolved oxygen. The corrosion rate increased greatly with the increase of dissolved oxygen. The corrosion rate under the dissolved oxygen condition was about 8 times of that under the deoxidized condition.
