摘要 环保的需要使得铬酸盐转化膜逐渐被各种无铬转化膜所替代。本文介绍了含氧酸盐、锆盐和钛盐、稀土、植酸、硅烷等无铬表面转化膜的形成机理及发展现状。随着科技的发展,无铬转化膜将引起人们越来越多的重视,并能应用于更多的领域中。 Chromate conversion coatings have been gradually replaced by chromium-free conversion coatings for the environmental demand. The formation mechanism and development of chromium-free conversion coatings, such as oxyacid salt, zirconium salt and titanium salt, phytic acid, rare earth, silane were introduced in this paper. With the development of technology, chromium-free conversion coatings would obtain more and more attention and be applied to more fields.
