从工艺流程、现场结垢情况以及工艺防腐蚀措施等方面对蒸馏装置常顶系统换热器结垢的情况进行了调查和分析,并用实验室内试验模拟了换热器的工作环境,查找出了换热器结垢的原因,提出了避免频繁更换注剂和增大常顶注水量等措施与建议。

Scaling reasons and protection measures of heat exchanger was analyzed by investigation of technological process, scaling conditions and technical anti-corrosion means, and the field operating conditions were simulated in laboratory. It is suggested that the frequent replacement of anticorrosive medicament should be avoided and injection quantity of water shoubl be increased.
