我国网络隐私权的行业自律保护存在一些问题:整个互联网行业对网络隐私权的保护操作性不强;多数网站没能在显著的位置张贴隐私权保护声明;一些网站即使张贴了隐私权声明,仍形同虚设。要让行业自律在保护网络隐私权方面发挥作用,首先,应加强政府对行业自律保护网络隐私权的行政监管;其次,中国互联网协会、中国电子商务诚信联盟等行业组织应该发挥更为积极的作用;再次,各网站应制定严格的网络隐私权保护制度;最后,应发动网民监督各网站对网络隐私权的保护。

Self-discipline of internet industry to protect the right to internet privacy at present has some problems： The protection by the internet industry is difficult to put into practice; most websites fail to post privacy policy at a prominent place; for some websites, the privacy policy is just for show. In order to ensure self-discipline of internet industry to protect the right to internet privacy, following countermeasures should be taken： first, the government should strengthen the governance of self-discipline of internet industry; second, the organizations of internet industry should play a more active role; third, every single website should practice a more strict policy of protect the right to internet privacy; fourth, all the netizens should supervise every single website to protect the right to internet privacy.
