The logic provides a theoretical foundation and methodology foundation for the development of knowledge organization. They are closely linked. This article analyzes the logic foundation of knowledge organization which includes the classification organization and the knowledge organization base on ontology and the metadata organization, in the view of the principle of the concepts relationship, the principle of the concept division and the principle of general concepts and restrictions.
