摘要
钢管混凝土柱、尤其是圆钢管混凝土柱,以其优异的力学性能和便捷的施工,近年来在我国高层特别是超高层建筑结构中得到了越来越广泛的应用,体现了显著的技术经济性能。对钢管混凝土柱与型钢混凝土柱在超高层结构设计中常见的构件选型,通过对其延性和承载力等性能的综合比较,论述了圆钢管柱用于抗震区超高层结构的特点和显著优势。文章还进一步针对抗震性能、梁柱节点、混凝土浇筑、防火喷涂等钢管柱在设计及施工的典型问题,结合当前理论研究和工程实践的最新进展进行了全面的阐述和比较。钢管柱的合理设计,须将抗震性能要求、施工质量控制、工程进度与造价等一系列因素,紧密结合工程特点,进行统筹考虑,提出了设计建议以供参考。
In recent years a circle CFT column is adopted in structural design:more and more for super high-rise buildings in China. It shows significant techno-economic merits in view of its excellent mechanical performance and convenient construction feature. Based on the comprehensive comparison between Cb^F and SRC, such as the duc- tility, capacity and so on, the two element options usually are adopted in the structural column design of the super high-rise buildings, the article points out the unique features of CFT column and emphasizes its significant merits for applying high-rise building in seismic region. Further, for the CFT column~ general introduction and compre- hensive contrast regarding some typical design and construction issues, such as seismic ductility, beam-column con- nection, concrete pouring, fireproof paint etc are given by the combination with the latest progress of the theory study and engineering practice. The reasonable CFT column structural design must take the following factors, inclu- ding seismic requirement, construction quality control, engineering progress and cost control, especially the charac- teristics of given project, into full consideration to form a systemic design finally. Design suggestions are given for the reference base on the integration of the muhifactor above.
