摘要
为得到用传统的安全系数法设计的玻璃纤维增强聚合物基复合材料缠绕(GFWRP)压力容器的可靠度指标,通过实验得到玻璃纤维缠绕聚合物基复合材料(GFWRP)压力容器诸参量的概率密度分布及特征值,按国标制备了3个GFWRP压力容器,进行爆破试验。采用95%概率强度与99%概率载荷,由可靠度β=0.99999,得到可靠性安全系数fR=1.436,对GFWRP压力容器采用基于网格理论的可靠性设计与可靠性安全系数法设计,结果表明,此种设计方法较传统安全系数法设计经济且具可靠性保证。
In order to get the reliability index of the glass fiber wound reinforced plastics (GFWRP) pressure vessels using traditional design method, the probabilistic distribution and design variables of GFWRP pressure vessels were ob'tained by experiments. Three glass fiber wound reinforced plastics (GFWRP) pressure vessels were manufactured and exploded based on National Stan 'dard. Adopting 95% of probability strength and 99% of probability load to get the safety factor fR = 1.436 as probability β = 0.99999. The result indicates that the netting theory, the rehability design and reliability safety factor design for GFWRP pressure vessels can ensure safe and reliable and more economic than the result from the traditional safety factor design.
