摘要
以羊油和甲醇为原料,采用碱催化酯交换法制备羊油生物柴油,通过添加石化柴油、菜籽油生物柴油及降凝剂的方法,考察羊油生物柴油的低温流动性能。实验结果表明,0号、-10号柴油的加入,均能够较明显地改善羊油生物柴油的低温流动性能,降低黏度;菜籽油生物柴油的加入,虽然可以降低羊油生物柴油的冷滤点、倾点及凝点,但却增加其黏度;生物柴油B5的凝点对2号降凝剂(聚乙烯基酯类)感受性良好,降凝效果显著。
Biodiesel was obtained by transesterification of mutton tallow and methanol in the presence of an alkali catalyst. The low temperature fluidity of the biodiesel was investigated by adding fossil diesel, rapeseed biodiesel and pour point depressant. The results showed that the low temperature fluidities and dynamic viscosities of the mutton tallow biodiesel could be improved by adding No. 0 and No. - 10 diesel. The cold filter plugging point, pour point and solidifying point of the mutton tallow biodiesel decreased by blending with rapeseed biodiesel, but the dynamic viscosities increased. The solidifying point of biodiesel B5 markedly decreased by adding No. 2 pour point depressant ( polyethylene ester).
