静电除尘器阳极板振打系统的非线性分析

摘要 根据静电除尘器阳极板振打系统的结构特点,建立了具有单自由度的静电除尘器阳极板振打非线性振动系统的动力学模型,并用Matlab方法对其进行了参数计算和仿真,得到了振打过程中不同频率下的相图、庞加莱截面图和时域图。从仿真结果分析表明,频率变化对振打效果有很大的影响,为静电除尘器阳极板振打系统动态特性的分析提供了简便有效的方法。 According to the structural features of the vibration system of anode plate of the electrostatic precipitator, the dynamical model of the non-linear vibrating system of the electrostatic precipitator with single degree of freedom is established. The parametric computation and simulation of this model are drawn out by Matlab software. And then the phase diagrams, Poincare diagrams and time domain diagrams at different frequencies in the vibrating process are obtained. The analysis of simulation results show that the variation of frequency plays a great impact on the vibrating effect. It provides a simple and effective method for analyzing the dynamic characteristics of the vibrating system of the anode pate of electrostatic precipitator.
