摘要
针对室外全天候环境下连续采集的运动的铁路货车上的车号图像进行研究。采用Ｐ－参数灰度变换及梯度变换等预处理方法，从图像中提出每个数字有效的二值化信息。
Images on the moving freight train are under investigation which were taken under the conditions of all weather. Pre-processing methods of P-parameter and gradient exchanging are used in order to figure out the useful binary information and segmentation and recognition are made available.
