摘要
目的研究香柏Sabina pingii(Cheng ex Ferre)var.wilsonii(Rehd.)Cheng et L.K.Fu枝叶的化学成分。方法运用多种层析分离方法进行分离纯化,采用化学及光谱方法进行结构鉴定。结果分离得到了6个化合物,并鉴定了其中4种,分别为海波拉亭-7-O-β-D-吡喃木糖苷(Ⅰ)、南方贝壳杉双黄酮(Ⅱ)、伞形花内酯(Ⅲ)和β-谷甾醇(Ⅳ)。结论化合物Ⅰ~Ⅳ均为首次从该种植物中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the chemical constituents from Sabina pingii( Cheng ex Ferre) var. wilsonii ( Rehd. ) Cheng et L. K. Fu. METHODS Column chromatographic techniques were used for isolation and purification of chemical constituents from the plant and the structures were elucidated by chemical and spectral methods. RESULTS Six compounds were isolated, and four compounds were indentified as: hypolaetin 7 -O-β- D- xylopyranoside( Ⅰ ) , robustaflavone( Ⅱ ), umbelliferon ( Ⅲ ), β - sitosterol ( Ⅳ). CLUSION Compounds Ⅰ - Ⅳ are isolated from this plant for the first time .
