摘要
目的优选β-环糊精(β-CD)包合放肺宁胶囊中挥发油的最佳工艺。方法采用正交试验法,以包合时间、包合温度及β-CD与挥发油的比例为考察因素,以挥发油包合率、包合物产率为考察指标,优选β-CD包合挥发油的最佳工艺,并用薄层色谱法验证包合物。结果最佳工艺为:用8倍量的β-CD在45℃超声包合30 m in;包合物与混合物有明显区别,包合前后无化学变化。结论该工艺简单快速、稳定、包合率及包合物产率较高,适于工业化生产。
OBJECTIVE To study the optimum processing conditions of including preparation for volatile oils in Fangfeining capsule with β - cyclodextrin ( β - CD). METHODS The study was carried out using orthogonal design. The factors, such as inclusion time, temperature and ratio of β - cyclodextrin to volatile oils were explored. The technics condition were determined in terms of the inclusion efficiency of volatile oils and derived ratio of complex and inclusion compound was verified by TLC. RESULTS The optimum preparation conditions were established as follows : the ratio of β - CD to volatile oils in Fangfeining capsule is 8 : 1, and the inclusion temperature is 45℃ and the ultrasonic inclusion time is 30 mins. The validated trial exhibits the obvious difference between mixture and inclusion compound. The stability of components improves greatly alter inclusin. CONCLUSION The production technique is simple,rapid, stable and suitable for industrial production. The inclusion efficiency of volatile oil and the extracting rate of inclusion compound are relatively high.
