摘要
介绍了电接点压力表触点电子保护装置的设计思想、设计指标、原理及实际测试结果。电接点压力表触点寿命短是工业制造领域自动控制中常常遇到的问题,采用低功耗CMOS集成电路等电子元件,搭建数字逻辑电路,使流经触点的电压、电流降低,并与触点与后续执行机构隔离,可实现对触点的保护,延长触点寿命。设计样机的测试结果表明,利用本保护装置后,电接点压力表触点寿命提高至少15倍。
Introduced the pressure-contact electrical contacts of the electronic protection device design, design specifications, principles and the actual test results. Electric contact pressure gauge contacts a shorter life-span is the area of industrial manufacturing of automatic control problems in the often used low-power CMOS integrated circuits and other electronic components, digital logic circuit structures, so that through the contacts of the voltage and current decrease with follow-up contact with the exculing agency isolation,enabling lhe protection of contacts, to extend the contact life. Design of prototype test results show thai the use of the protection device, the electric contact pressure gauge to increase contact life of at least 15 times.
