摘要
简要描述数字存储示波器（DSO）带宽指标特性以及对波形测试的影响。浅析数字电路信号特点。给出数字电路检测中DSO带宽的选用原则。
The bandwidth characteristic of digital storage oscillscope (DSO) and its influence on wave form test are presented in this paper. The features of digital circuit signal are simply analyzed. The selection principle of the DSO bandwidth which is used in the test of digital circuit is introduced.
