摘要 英国国家物理实验室已建立了两套光谱响应标准。用高量子效率的硅光电二级管建立400~92Onm范围内的光谱响应标准,NPL此标准的传递不确定度为0.1%。用装有半球形反射腔的热释电探测器建立了1~20μm范围内的光谱响应标准,此标准的不确定度小于1.6%。 Two spectral responsivity scales have been established at the National Physical Laboratory,UK. High quantum efficiency silicon photodiodes have been used to establish a continuous spectral responsivity scale for the spectral region from 400 nm to 920 nm. The scale can be disseminated by the NPL with an uncertainty of 0. 1 %. Pyroelectric detectors fitted with a reflecting hemispherical cavity have been used to establish a spectral responsivity scale for the spectral region from 1 μm to 20μm. This scale has an uncertainty of less than 1. 6%.
