芬兰高职教育的主要特色及启示 被引量:2

摘要 芬兰的高职教育是北欧诸国家中较具代表性的一个,其在发展中形成了鲜明的特色:有高等教育双轨制作法律保障;以工作场所学习构建教学模式;用外部质量评估机制来实质性保证教育质量。高职教育培养的人才增强了芬兰在全球经济中的竞争力,值得我国高职院校学习借鉴。
