摘要
[目的]探讨部分根系施肥对剑麻植株和根系生长的影响。[方法]对龙舌兰麻H.11648珠芽进行砂培以获取剑麻幼苗,以剑麻幼苗为材料进行水培试验,进而研究部分根系施肥对剑麻植株和根系生长的影响。[结果]除Zn处理外,其他处理的施肥区域根系生长量均大于其对应对照。45d后,除Zn处理外,其他处理的施肥区域根系干重均大于对照;全营养液处理的最大,为0.24g;Zn处理的最小,仅为0.11g。除Zn处理外,其他处理的施肥区域最长根长度均大于其对应对照。N、P、K、Ca、Mg和Zn处理的冠干重均大于对照,Zn处理的冠干重最小,仅为对照的21.66%;全营养液处理的冠干重最大,为对照的85.12%;Ca、K、Mg、P和N处理的冠干重分别为对照的63.09%、58.19%、58.00%、55.18%和33.71%。[结论]部分根系施肥对剑麻幼苗植株和根系的生长有一定影响。
[ Objective] The aim was to discuss the effects of partial-roots fertilization on the growth of sisal hemp plant and roots. [ Method] The bulbils of agave H. 11648 were cultured by sandy culture to get sisal hemp seedlings. The water culture experiment was carried out with sisal hemp seedlings as materials to study the effects of partial-root fertilization on the growth of sisal hemp plant and roots. [ Result ] Except for the treatment with Zn, the roots growths in fertilization area of the other treatments were bigger than that of their corresponding controls. After 45 d, except for the treatment with Zn, the dry roots weights in fertilization area of the other treatments were more than that of control; that of treatment with total nutrient admixture was most, being 0.24 g and that of treatment with Zn was least, being only 0.11 g. Except for the treatment with Zn, the longest root lengths in fertilization area of the other treatments were longer than that of their corresponding controls. The dry canopy weights of the treatments with N, P, K, Ca, Mg and Zn were more than that of control; that of the treatment with Zn was least, being only 21.66% of that of control; that of the treatment with total nutrient admixture was most, being 85.12% of that of control; that of the treatments with Ca, K, Mg, P and N were 63.09%, 58.19%, 58.00%, 55.18% and 33.71% of that of control resp. [ Conclusion ] The partial-roots fertilization had some effects on the growth of sisal hemp seedling plant and roots.
