摘要
[目的]筛选马齿苋中具有抑脂作用的活性成分。[方法]MTT法测定马齿苋各活性成分对前脂肪细胞3T3-L1增殖的影响。[结果]马齿苋多糖、生物碱、黄酮具有较好抑制前脂肪细胞3T3-L1增殖的作用,马齿苋生物碱、黄酮随浓度增大抑制作用增强。而马齿苋不饱和脂肪酸则无显著抑制作用。[结论]马齿苋多糖、生物碱、黄酮具有抑脂作用。
[ Objective ] The research aimed to select the potential antiobesity ingredients from Portulaca oleracea L.. [ Method ] The proliferation of preadipocytes was detected by methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium (MTT) assay method. [ Result] The polysaecharides, alkaloids and flavonoids from Portulaca oleracea L. all displayed good fat inhibiting effects on the proliferation of preadipoeyte 3T3-L1, while no significant fat inhibiting effects was seen on unsaturated fatty acid from Portulaca oleracea L. The alkaloids and flavonoids from Portulaca oleracea L. showed higher inhibiting effects at higher concentrations. [ Conclusion ] The polysaceharides, alkaloids and flavonoids from Portulaca oleracea L. had fat-inhibitting effects.
