摘要
利用常规气象资料和NCEP再分析资料,对2008年1月安徽一次暴雪天气的分析发现,一方面中高纬度欧亚大陆大气环流出现异常,冷空气活动频繁并不断南下;另一方面副高异常偏北,长江中下游地区中低空盛行西南暖湿气流,冷暖空气不断交汇,形成了连续的低温降雪天气。中低层低涡切变是主要的影响系统,冷平流持续使近地面层气温降至0℃以下,有利于降雪的形成和维持,从而造成严重冰雪灾害。
Based on conveutional meteorological data and NCEP reanalysis data,the sttowstorm process in Jannary of 2008 in Auhui was diagnostic analyzed. The resuhs shrined thai the atmospheric eireulation background in the mid-high lalitude of Eurasia occurred abnormal stares. Thus, the clod air could he sueeessively transported to Anhui Province. Another, the western Paeifie sutropical high was abnormally located more northward and the successive transportation of southwest warm moisture air flows were located in the middle and low level of the middlle and lower reaches of Yangtzc Rivet. The confluence of void and warm air led to continuous snow weather event. The middle and low level vrtex and shear line were main influence systems. The temperature of boundary layer below 0 ℃ made by cold adveetion was favorable for the genesis of the snowstorm, caused severe disaster of snow-ice.
