The decomposition principles and process of newly-increasing construction land indices were introduced, and the selection of indices was discussed. Taking Chongren County of Jiangxi Province as a case, indices were decomposed by the method of factor analysis, and some adjustments of the results were made according to the economic development of Chongren County.
