摘要 在学生中普遍实施生命教育、生存教育、生活教育(简称"三生教育"),是云南省委高校工委、省教育厅在贯彻落实科学发展观、坚持以人为本、推进素质教育、促进人的全面发展所作出的一项新策略、新举措、新方法。高校开展"三生教育"是顺应时代潮流、培养新型合格人才的必然要求,是实施人才强国战略的客观需要,对于全面提高教育教学质量、培养合格的社会主义建设者和接班人、实现中国特色社会主义改革发展目标具有十分重要的意义。 Life education, survival education and living education (for short, "Three-Life Education" ) is widely spread among colleges and universities by Work Committee for Higher Learning and Provincial Education Department with an aim to implement scientific outlook on development, insist on humanism, advance competence-oriented education and promote the all-round human development. The implementation of Three-Life Education is not only a necessity of keeping up with the trend of the times and cultivating new qualified graduates, but a objective need of executing the strategy of building up the strength of a country with talented people. It plays a highly important role in improving teaching quality comprehensively, training qualified socialist constructors, and meet reform and development goals with Chinese characteristics.
