影响数字文献长期保存的非技术因素探究

数字文献的长期保存工作是图书馆需要亟待解决的问题。文章认为除了技术因素外,影响数字文献长期保存的非技术因素也很重要,并总结归纳了六种非技术因素:组织因素、经济因素、人员因素、法律因素、环境因素和风险因素,并指出了这些因素对长期保存工作的影响,在此基础上分析了数字文献长期保存应注意的问题并提出了建议。

As the numerous digital information collected in the library, it turns out to be a big problem of digital collection long-term preservation.Apart from the technical factor, the non-technical factors have made a long deep influence on digital collection long-term preservation.The paper analyses that six factors and advises something that should be done to help the preservation of the digital collection.
