大型煤仓采用集中荷载法的内力分析简化计算 被引量:1

摘要 介绍了煤矿地面生产系统大型原煤储煤圆筒仓,采用集中荷载法进行内力分析,结合工程实例,对直径φ45m储量为6.5×104t钢筋混凝土圆筒仓,用集中荷载法进行内力分析与有限元法、材料力学方法计算的比较。结果表明:材料力学方法计算,在仓顶及仓底环向力与有限元法、集中荷载法计算相差较大。在仓体中部比较接近。说明边界约束对仓壁环向力的影响较大。建议工程设计人员在设计时,对仓顶及仓底设计时应加强构造措施。 The mega reinforced columnar bunker, which has forty-five meter diameter and can store sixty-five thousand tons original coals, for overground product system of colliery is introduced in this paper. Inter-force o fthis coal bunker is comparably analyzed by load concentrated method, material mechanics method and finite element method. Research indicate that circinal inter-forces at the top and the bottom of the bunker present obvious difference when using material mechanics method, compared to load concentrated method and finite element method. However, inter-forces at the middle part of the bunker are approximately consistent whichever calculating method is adopted. Therefore, it is advised that engineering designer need strengthen conformation measure at the top and the bottom of the bunker during designing a megacoalbunker.
