New Technique Applied in the Decontamination of Rough Concrete

施工缝的处理质量一直是桥梁结构施工质量控制的要点和难点,目前通常的做法是进行人工凿毛,由于劳动强度大且质量难以控制,其效果很难达到施工规范要求,在一定程度上留下了质量隐患。最典型的是组合梁类的桥面铺装(调平层)受施工缝质量的影响而出现的质量通病,已成为当前急需解决的问题,毛面剂处理施工缝新工艺的提出和实践,对于解决此类的质量通病提供了一个很好的途径。

The quality of the Construction joints decontamination have been the continuously key and difficulty of the control of the quality of the bridge structure construction. Currently the common method is artificial chiseling, but it＇s difficult to contral the quality due to the strong labor intensity and the effect can hardly meet the requirements of the construction norms and in some extent leaves some quality potentials. The most typical composite beam type＇s bridge deck pavement is effected by the quality of the construction joints and becomes a common fault of quality. It becomes the urgent problems to be solved at present. The arise and practise of the new technology for decontaminating the construction joints with the matting agent provides a good way to solve this sort of common fault inquality.
