摘要
在明确代建制基本定义及总结运行实践结果的基础上,借用经济学与管理学的理论框架分析代建制,对代建制与基本建设程序、基本管理模式的关系做了探索性的厘清,并对代建制效率评价做出一点浅探。
On the basis of the clearly definition of the construetion-agent system and the summarization of practical experience of the construction-agent system,analyzing the construetion-agent system with Management and Economics, probing the relation between the construction-agent system and Basic Construction Procedure ,Basic project management modes as well as probing the efficiency Evaluation of the Construetion-Agent system.
