房屋火灾损失统计的准确性、客观性和及时性不仅是揭示火灾发展规律的重要依据,而且也是火灾事故责任认定的重要依据。结合案例,提出:一些比较复杂的火场特别是厂房等建筑物火灾损失统计应当引入中介组织。对如何做好火灾损失统计工作提出几点建议,旨在提高统计火灾损失的工作质量。

Accuracy, objectivity and timeliness of fire loss statistics, not only reveals an important basis for expand of fire, but also an important basis for responsibility of fire accident. Combination of case, it is proposed that intermediary organizations should be used in fire damage statistics in some of the more complex buildings such as workshop. Aimed at improving the quality of work, suggestions are given on fire loss statistics.
