摘要
文章构建了Gini系数和考虑不公平厌恶的Atkinson指数,运用面板数据计量模型和住户调查数据,全面检验了2001-2006年我国财政政策对于城乡居民收入不公平的再分配效应。
This paper builds up Gini coefficient and Atkinson index which allows for the degree of inequality aversion. With panel data model and inhabitant investigation data, we test the redistribution effects that China＇ s fiscal policy brings about for rural and urban inhabitant from 2001 to 2006.
