摘要 针对夏热冬冷地区的气候和建筑特点,采用以DOE-2为计算核心的建筑遮阳设计分析软件(ShadePlus),对不同城市的典型居住建筑和公共建筑进行外遮阳节能分析。分析结果表明:最佳的活动外遮阳控制策略,可以使居住建筑节能率达到65.07%~66.69%,其中活动外遮阳的贡献率为17.29%~22.68%;可以使公共建筑的节能率达到65.01%~65.04%,其中活动外遮阳的贡献率为17.54%~19.56%。在此基础上讨论适用于夏热冬冷地区的活动外遮阳设计方法及与外遮阳设计相关的采光、通风等问题。 First,this paper introduces building energy efficiency 65% policy of government and related technique development of recent years. Then,analyzes the energy efficiency rate of several exterior shading in difference buildings of difference city using Building Shading Design & Analyze software(ShadePlus) which based on DOE-2 for the climate and architectural features of Hot Summer and Cold Winter Zone. The result shows that the energy efficiency rate will reach 65.07% ~66.69% for residential buildings and 65.01%~65.04% for public buildings with best exterior shading strategy. The Contribution rate of active exterior-shading will reach 17.29%~22.68% for residential buildings and 17.54%~19.56% for public buildings. Discusses exterior shading design method apply to Hot Summer and Cold Winter Zone and related questions such as day lighting and natural ventilation.
