国家体育馆工程型钢骨架焊接技术

摘要 国家体育馆受力体系为型钢混凝土框架-剪力墙-钢支撑,跨度较大,型钢骨架结构复杂,型钢柱断面形式和托座(牛腿)种类繁多,一级熔透焊缝多,冬季施工时间长,焊接变形大,焊接工艺复杂。通过对上述焊接难点进行的分析,针对其难点制定有效可行的焊接工艺技术,编制了具有指导意义的焊接工艺评定报告。 Force-bearing system of National Indoor Stadium is a formed steel concrete frame-shear wall- steel support, which has the following characteristics, such as large span, complex formed steel skeleton structure, various types of formed steel column cross section and corbels, many class-Ⅰ penetration welds, long construction time in winter, large welding deformation and complex welding technology. Effective and feasible welding processes and technologies are established and welding technology evaluation report having guidance significance is compiled according to analysis on the aforesaid welding difficulties.
