摘要
目的:了解门诊糖尿病患者用药情况。方法:取煤炭总医院2009年3月门诊糖尿病患者处方,对其药物应用情况进行统计分析。以药物利用指数(DUI)作为分析判断指标。结果:用降糖药的同时使用治疗合并症用药,各种药物DUI的范围:最低为β受体阻滞剂美托洛尔0.34,最高格列美脲2.01。结论:糖尿病患者因并发症用药复杂,应个体化用药,合理用药。
OBJECTIVE： To probe into the utilization of drugs in patients with diabetes mellitus（DM）.METHODS： The prescriptions of the outpatients with DM in Coal General Hospital in Mar.2009 were taken for statistical analysis in respect of the drug utilization with drug utilization index（DUI） as index.RESULTS： The drugs for the complications of DM were used concomitantly with hypoglycemic drugs.The DUI of metoprolol was the lowest（0.34） and that of Glimepiride was the highest（2.01）.CONCLUSION： Medication for DM patients is complicated because of the complications, thus,individualized medication and rational drug use should be emphasized in the treatment of DM patients.
