2004～2008年我院抗抑郁药利用分析

Utilization of Antidepressants in Our Hospital During 2004～2008

目的:评价我院门诊患者抗抑郁药的应用现状与发展趋势,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:对2004～2008年我院门诊患者使用抗抑郁药的种类、销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)等进行回顾性分析。结果:抗抑郁药销售金额及DDDs等逐年增长,5-羟色胺再摄取抑制剂(SSRI)和5-羟色胺与去甲肾上腺素再摄取双重抑制剂(SNaRI)是临床治疗抑郁症的首选药物。结论:本院的抗抑郁药应用基本合理。SSRI和SNaRI类抗抑郁药的应用在5年中占主导地位,三环类抗抑郁药(TCA)应用较少。

OBJECTIVE： To evaluate the status and trends of the utilization of antidepressive drugs in outpatients of our hospital to provide a reference for clinical rational use of antidepressive drugs.METHODS： The utilization of antidepressive drugs in our hospital from 2004 to 2008 was reviewed statistically in respect of the drug varieties,consumption sum and DDDs etc.RESULTS： Both the consumption sun and DDDs of antidepressants increased year by year over the five years.Selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors（SSRI） and serotonin and noradrenaline reuptake inhibitors（SNaRI）were the first choicedrugs for depression. CONCLUSION： The use of antidepressive drugs in out hospital was rational on the whole. SSRIs and SNaRI have been dominating the list among all the antidepressive drugs over the 5 years, while the proportion of tricyclic antidepressant（TCA）was on the low side.
