摘要
目的:建立补心安泰片中丹参酮ⅡA的含量测定方法。方法:Thermo C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-水(75:25);流速:1.0 mL.min-1;检测波长:270 nm;柱温:30℃。结果:线形范围0.079 0～0.632 3μg;回归方程为y=265 732x-128 293,R=0.999 5;平均回收率为97.6%,RSD为0.77%(n=6)。结论:此方法简便、快速、准确,可用于补心安泰片中丹参酮ⅡA的含量测定。
OBJECTIVE ： To establish a method for determination of Tanshinone IIA in Buxin Antai tablets. MEHTODS ： The sample determination was performed on C18 column（250 mm × 4.6 ram, 5 μm）. The mobile phase consisted of methanol - water（75： 15）at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The detective wavelength was set at 270 mn and the column temperature was kept at 30 ℃ . RESULTS： The linear range of Tanshinone IIA was 0. 079 0μg - 0. 632 3μg, and the regression equation y = 265 732x - 128 293（ R = 0.999 5）. The average recovery rate was 97.6% （ RSD = 0.77%, n = 6）. CONCLUSION： The method is accurate, rapid and accurate, and it is applicable for the determination of Tanshinone IIA in Buxin Antai tablets.
