本文提出了以聚类分析为代表的数据挖掘技术对政府决策智能化的支持作用,并分析了一个聚类分析方法在政府网络投诉管理方面的应用实例。

This paper suggests the Data Mining Technology which is represented by the cluster analysis for the support effects on governmental intelligentized decision-making, and analyses a living example for the application from the aspect of governmental network in complaint management by the cluster analysis method.
