摘要
本文从高职院校的实际情况出发,提出高职院校在实施办公自动化过程中出现的问题,并分析其主客观原因,给出了解决问题的具体措施,并重点对所面临的网络安全问题及防范进行了阐述,对高职院校建设办公自动化信息系统具有参考价值。
Based on the actual conditions of professional colleges, we point out some problems during the OA performance in professional colleges, analyzes the subjective and objective reasons, provides concrete measures for solving problems, and expounds the security problems and preventive measures. This essay has given certain referential value to build OA information system in professional colleges.
