Making a Clean Sweep of Students from the Earthquake Areas Based on Self- defined Excel Function

全国高校对来自"5·12"汶川地震重灾区的学生实行减免学费、发放生活补贴,以保证灾区学生顺利完成学业。但是如何将重灾区的学生"找"出来却绝非易事。本文介绍基于身份证号码信息挖掘与自定义Excel函数"一网打尽"地震重灾区学生,为地震重灾区学生资助工作提供有力保证。

The nationwide Universities ＆ Colleges offer tuition fee remission and living subsidies to poorer students from May 12 earthquake-hit areas to guarantee their schooling over the next two academic terms. However, it＇s not easy to find them out from all students. This paper introduces the method to make a clean sweep of the students from worst-hit areas in Wenchuan＇s earthquake based on self-defined function and ID card number information mining, and it will be helpful to offer subsidies for students from the quake-stricken regions.
