通过提高50t电炉铁水比,优化配料结构、供电供氧制度和泡沫渣工艺等,使钢水质量得到明显改善,同时减少了加料次数,缩短了冶炼时间,降低了冶炼电耗,电炉各项经济技术指标都得到提高,取得良好的经济效益。
The adoption of measures of increasing 50 t EAF molten iron ratio and optimizing charge blending, power and oxygen supply systems and foaming slag process prominently improves the quality of liquid steel, reduces charging number, shortens tap-to-tap time and lowers melting power consumption. All EAF economic and technical indices are raised with good economic benefit.
