马钢二铁总厂3#炉喷吹系统优化实践

摘要 马钢二铁总厂3#高炉喷吹系统由于设计的原因,造成喷吹能力不够。通过对喷吹系统设备的优化,喷煤能力由原来的18t/h提高到25t/h。对喷吹操作优化了吹风量和流化量,稳定了喷吹率,避免了少煤和断煤事故的发生,确保高炉喷吹的要求。 The injection system of BF 3, No.2 General Iron-works, Masteel shows inadequate injection capacity due to de-sign reasons. Optimization measures are taken on the injection equipment, bringing the injection capacity from 18t/h to 25t/h. The pilot air flow and fluidization volume are optimized for injection operation and injection ratio is constant. The coal shortage and breakage incidents are eliminated. The injection requirement by blast furnace is ensured.
