摘要
对低碳含量70kg级高强板不同调质工艺后的力学性能及组织进行分析。确定了70kg级高强板的调质工艺为淬火温度930℃保温40min,回火温度630℃,保温45min,使钢板具有高强度和良好的低温冲击性能。
The authors analyze the mechanical properties and structure of 70 kg Grade low carbon high strength plates produced with different quenching and tempering processes and define its quenching and tempering process as: quenching temperature: 930℃ with 40 min holding time; quenching temperature: 630℃ with 45 min holding time. The rolled plate with such process yields high strength and good low temperature impact property.
