图像处理技术在板材成形应变测量中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 着重介绍了几种常见的应变测量网格以及应变计算方法,介绍了传统的板材应变测量方法,并指出了其不足之处。提出了以VC为平台利用数字图像处理技术测量板材成形应变的方法,重点讨论了该方法的测量原理,介绍了该方法的系统结构并开发了相应的软件系统,分析了涉及到的数字图像处理算法。通过所介绍的方法,提取出板材表面变形的椭圆形轮廓,进而计算出椭圆形网格的长短轴,然后根据公式求出圆形网格的真实应变,实现了板材圆形网格应变的自动化测量,改善了传统测量方法的不足,达到了满意的效果。 This paper presented a number of grid mode and method of strain calculation, also, introduced the traditional method of sheet metal strain measurement and discussed its disadvantage. The method of using digital image processing to measure sheet metal strain based on the platform of Visual C++ are proposed. The paper discussed the method of measuring principle , introduced the method of system architecture and developed the corresponding software system , and analyzed algorithms which relate to digital image processing. Through the methods described in this article, it extracted the deformed oval contour from the surface of sheet metal, farther calculated the oval axis length of the grid and then calculated the true strain of circular grid accroding to the formula. This method implemented automatic measurement of the strain of circular grid and amended the deficencies of the traditional method of sheet metal strain measurement. Finally , we achieved an effect satisfactorily through the mothods.
