天铁热卷板工程有两座180t转炉,是二十冶建设公司当时承接最大的转炉炼钢项目。转炉设备安装要求精度高,施工有一定的难度。按照正确的安装程序,采用冷装法施工和先进的炉体吊挂设计,保证了安装质量。在试生产期间设备运行稳定,生产指标达到设计要求。
The two 180 t converters at TIAN TIE hot coil sheet project is the biggest converter project that MCC 20 has ever contracted. The converter installation requires high precision, which brings certain difficulties to construction. MCC 20 adopts cold erection method and advanced furnace suspension lifting design as per correct installation process to ensure the installation quality. The equipment runs stably during start-up and production indices meet design requirement.
