摘要
首先提出了Ethernet的现场总线控制网络模型,从理论角度研究了现场总线之间相互不兼容的问题,以及利用隧道技术简化了路由器的模型协议层次,实现了现场总线接入以太网所必需的最小协议层次集合,可保证数据转发所需时间最小,以满足工业数据传输实时性方面的要求,从而为解决控制网络与信息网络的无缝连接提供了新的方案。在此基础上,研究了Ethernet的现场总线控制网络模型的实例模型Modbus+TCP/IP模型。通过对该模型从实际工业控制网络的可行性、实时性等方面的研究,证明了基于Ethernet现场总线控制网络模型在实际的工业监控场合完全可以达到控制网络的要求。
A model of Fieldbus control network based on Ethernet is proposed, and it solved a problem why Fieldbus is not compatible with other Fieldbus from the theoretical point of view. We predigest protocol layer of router model by tunnel technology so that we realize necessarily minimum protocol layer convene when Fieldbus meets Ethernet network, that may ensure that data transmit time is least and satisfy with real--time request of Industrial data transmission. On the basis, the model Modbus / TC Pmodel, which is one of fieldbus control network model, were studied, including real--time performance , feasibility and so on. The conclusion is it is feasible to use model of Fieldbus control network based on Ethernet in industrial control areas.
