摘要
为了进行飞行器进气道叶片冰风洞加热试验,需要加热器能够尽快地达到并稳定在目标值。基于VB 6.0和Access 2003数据库设计开发了加热系统的控制系统,通过试验获得了在不同飞行情况下的加热器出口热流的温度分布。本控制系统能够根据试验的要求,进行温度控制和叶片温度采集、数据传输和数据处理,通过Simulink仿真表明,控制系统具有良好的控制结果。
In order to carry out aircraft inlet blade ice wind tunnel heating test, the heater needs to achieve target value as soon as possible. Based on VB6.0 and Access2003 database , the heating control system was developed. The heater outlet air flow temperature distribution was obtained under different flying conditions. This control system can proceed temperature control, blade temperature gathering. It can also transmit and manage the data automatically, it has good control effect testified by Simulink.
