摘要
分析了基于单片机嵌人式和"便携式加固机+PCI插件"的两种设计方案的不足,提出了基于CompactRIO的集两种型号于一身的综合鱼雷模拟器设计方案。采用CompactRIO八槽机箱和嵌入式控制器作为硬件平台,能适应条件苛刻的机载环境;实时操作系统和FPGA底层硬件满足鱼雷发射的实时性要求;采用高电压输入输出模块,减少了接口电路的设计量,只需完成很少的硬件设计,提高了系统的可靠性;依据鱼雷发射控制流程,采用LabVIEW图形化编程,开发周期大大缩短。该模拟器能真实模拟两种鱼雷的各个状态,同时可设置一定的模拟故障,并通过显示面板显示鱼雷的状态,遵循其它不同形式模拟器的操作习惯。
The shortages of two schemes of embedded single--chip and "strengthened portable + PCI card" are analyzed. The design of integrated torpedo simulator based on CompactRIO is provided, using eight slot CompactRIO chassis and embedded controller as a hard- ware platform to adapt to the harsh conditions of the airborne environment, with real--time operating system and the underlying FPGA hardware to meet the real time requirement of torpedo, and with high--voltage input/output module to decrease the design of interface circuits to increase system reliability. The development cycle is greatly shortened with LabVIEW graphical programming to implement torpedo launching process. The simulator can simulate all status of torpedo, and set certain fault at the same time, and show the state of torpedo by the display panel, and follow the operation habits of former simulator.
