摘要
针对复杂组分结构系统的自动检测设备应用软件设计,采用模型化的超媒体文本与数据库构建了一种指引测控程序完成各种工作的测试信息资源。这种测试信息资源,不仅包含了大量而杂乱的自动检测设备硬件平台、被测对象信息,而且包括了实施测试的过程信息。应用表明,在自动检测设备应用软件设计中,分离规划测试信息资源,不仅使应用软件测控程序相对独立于任何被测对象,具有极好的开放性和通用性,而且能大大提高测控程序的简洁性与研制效率。
In designing of auto test equipment (ATE) application software for complex hierarchical--structured objects, a test info resource has been organized and based on standardized hypertext and databases, which can drive test control program to accomplish all the test tasks. The test info resource includes not only a mass of test object and ATE hardware info but also test process info. The practice shows that organizing separately the test info resource of ATE application software shall make the test control program of ATE application software not blended with a great quantity of unorderly info from any test object, then open, suitable for multiple objects, succinct, and efficient developed.
