摘要
研究了用微波消解ICP—AES对玫瑰花、金银花中Cu、Zn、Fe、Mn、Na、Ca6种元素进行测定的方法,优化了ICP—AES的工作参数,考察了消解液的种类及用量对测定结果的影响,选择玫瑰花的消解液为V(HNO,)+V(HClO4):5+3,金银花的消解液为V(HNO,)+V(HClO4)=10+3。结果表明,6种元素的检出限在0.005~0.021μg/mL之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)均小于8%,回收率为95.6%~103.9%,该法用于玫瑰花、金银花中元素的测定,结果令人满意。金银花、玫瑰花中含有丰富的微量元素,对人体健康十分有益。
The method to determine copper, zinc, iron, manganese, calcium, sodium in Rose and Honeysuckle was investigated by microwave digestion and ICP - AES. Operating parameter of ICP - AES was optimized and the influence of digestion solution's kind and dosage on the determination results was investigated. The result showed that the best sensitivity when we seleeeted V(HNO3) + V( HC104) = 5 + 3, V( HNO3 ) + V(HC1Q) = 10 + 3 as digestion solution in this experiment. The detection limits of this six elements were 0. 005 - 0. 021 μg/mL. All the relative standard deviation (RSD) were less than 8%. The coefficient of recovery is 96.4% - 104. 2%. The method was used to determine element in Rose and Honeysuckle with satisfactory results.
