语文之本，一是人本，二是文本，将人本与文本统一起来，将学生精神世界的丰富与学生语文素养的发展统一起来，就是工具性与人文性的统一。小学教育中，语文教师要提高小学生的综合素质，可以从多方面着手。探测小学生的写作心理，可以发现，小学生害怕写作，对写作有畏难情绪者居多。有的不会写，有的不愿写。就是“写什么”和“怎么写”的问题没有根本解决。在教学中，小学教师如果能从心理学角度，对小学生的写作心理做些探索，注意培养小学生的写作兴趣，激发小学生写作热情，养成小学生良好的写作习惯，就会取得明显的效果。
