做一个教研型的教师

摘要 教材是教师教学的依据,不是教师包医百病的“灵丹妙药”;教参是教师教学的参考资料,不是教师的参“百宝箱”;名师的教案,是教师怎样备课的范例和参考资料,不是教师的“贴身保镖”。当前的中小学教师应该是一名敬业精神强、不怕苦、不怕累、把研究教育教学工作看作是快乐、至高无上的精神境界的教师;应该是一个知识渊博、挖掘教材潜力的专职能手,而不是一架运输机,更不能是一名搬运工;应该是一名独立完成教研课题、独立高质量备写教案的专家,不是一名抄写员。所以作为一名民族地区的教育工作者,我们应该脚踏实地从工作实际出发研究教材、研究学生、研究自己。 The teaching material is the teacher teaching basis,is not the teacher guarantees to cure all ills "the panacea" ;Teaches the senate is the teacher teaching reference,is not teacher's senate "the treasure chest" ;Famous teacher's lesson plan,is the model and the reference which how the teacher does prepare a lesson,is not the teacher "the next to the skin bodyguard". The current ele- mentary and middle schools teachers should be a professional dedication strong, did not fear, did not fear painstakingly tired, re- search education teaching work regarding as is joyful, the supreme energetic boundary teacher; Should be a knowledge profound,the excavation teaching material potential professional expert,but is not a transport aircraft,cannot be a porter; Should be an independ- ence completes the expert who the research topic,independent high grade prepares writes the lesson plan, is not a copyist. Therefore took a multi-national area the educator, we should actual embark conscientiously from the work study the teaching material, study the student, study oneself.
