浅谈师范学校体育课的能力培养及体育教师在发展素质教育中的作用

面对21世纪全球性的竞争，实际上是科学技术的竞争和民族素质的竞争。我国的教育方针明确规定：要使受教育者在德、智、体、美、劳动技能等几方面都得到全面发展，成为社会主义事业的建设者。由此可见，教育对提高科学技术的竞争和民族素质的竞争具有决定性的作用。学校体育是素质教育的重要组成部分，也是全民体育活动的重要成份，是社会体育，竞技体育和终生体育的基础，是提高全民身心素质的切入口。师范学校的体育课应该把学生的体能，技能的培养放在发展学生身心素质作为全面培养和推动体育锻炼的首要地位，我们应该抓住时机，认清形势，积极地投入到全民素质提高的行列之中，推动我国体育事业大发展之中去。

The normal school physical education should student＇s physical ability, the skill raise place develops the student body and mind quality to take the comprehensive raise and the impetus physical training most important status, we should hold the opportunity, understands the situation clearly,positively invests in the ranks which enhances to all the people quality, impels during our country sports enterprise big development.
