摘要
本文通过对长沙卷烟厂生产车间冬季和过渡季节的供冷需求和长沙室外气象条件的分析,提出在冬季和过渡季节,采用冷却塔对产热量较大的卷烟生产车间进行供冷,可实现冷冻站节能运行的目的。本文结合长沙卷烟厂的运行实践,对冬季或过渡季节冷却塔供冷的系统设计、热工性能、全年运行时间、节能效果以及投资回收期进行了计算和分析。
Based on the analysis of climate data in Changsha and the cooling demand of Changsha cigarette workshops in winter and transition seasons, this paper states that it can reduce chiller's operation energy consumption by using winter cooling tower to provide cooling for cigarette workshops with high cooling load. According to the operation practice in Changsha cigarette factory, the paper presented the tower cooling system's circuit design and analyzed the thermal characteristic, annual operation hours, energy-saving effect and investment pay-back time of the winter tower cooling system.
