心理契约违背对企业员工流失的影响研究

摘要 员工的心理契约,指的是员工个体对组织与员工之间相互责任和义务的信念系统。本文从心理契约这一全新的视角来探寻企业员工流失的根本原因,对深度了解心理契约对员工的影响,防止企业员工的流失,从而稳定整个员工队伍,建立和发展与他们的长期关系提供了整体思路。
